 Assistant Store Manager  /  Sales  /  Installer


Assistant Store Manger - APPLY NOW

We are looking for a responsible and strong leader to assist the Executive Manager and fill in for them when they’re absent. Your work will be critical in ensuring the team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The role of a Truck’n America Assistant Manager (aka #2) encompasses all functions at our stores. From managing the full retail store, to sales, to installation & service of the products we sell. You should also be apt in organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a point of contact between manager, employees and customers.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

- Assisting Executive Manager in all store operations, sales, installation and service.
- Sales - communicate with customers and evaluate their needs and specifications
- Inventory Control - oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain correct/ideal store inventory.
- Installations - ensure products installed are done so correctly and in an efficient manner.
- Store / Property / equipment maintenance - make sure the store is inviting, safe and clean.
- Ensure that schedules, objectives and deadlines are met.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.

- Honest, Friendly, Trustworthy and Dependable
- Great Attitude, Customer Service Driven
- Prior Sales Experience a plus
- An understanding, knowledge and appreciation of the products we sell.
- Knowledge and Understanding of Basic Computer Functions.

- Capable of standing, lifting and handling equipment/products weighing up to 60 pounds.

We are looking for a results driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations.
